The Phelps Mill Festival is held every year on the 2nd weekend in July. We bring you high quality artists in a variety of work. In addition to shopping, we provide great entertainment appearing on the main stage and around the grounds. Nonprofits provide a variety of ethnic and American foods throughout both days.

Phelps Mill Country’s purpose is to promote, stimulate and support interest in the Arts and related cultural traditions. We have sponsored the Phelps Mill Festival, now in its 28th year, to provide funding to accomplish our mission. Our children are our future and they need the interest, stimulation, and support of the future of Arts in Minnesota.
